The lab arrives on wheels
ATP Volta™ is a complete plug-and-play Mobile STEM Laboratory that rolls into a classroom you already have. Water, power, gas and fume extraction are built in — and ATP Connect turns every experiment into a guided lesson.
No construction. No permanent installation. No dedicated laboratory room.

Three walls, in every school
Most schools do not lack the will to teach science practically. They lack one of three things, and usually all three.
No budget for a laboratory
Building and fitting out a STEM lab costs more than most schools will ever have — and almost all of that cost is the room, not the equipment. The plumbing, the gas lines, the ventilation, the contractor.
No room to put one in
Where the money exists, the space does not. A dedicated laboratory is a room that can only ever be one thing, in a building where every room is already three things.
No specialist to run it
A physics teacher covering chemistry, a generalist covering both, or nobody at all. Equipment that assumes an expert in the room goes unused by everyone else.
ATP Volta was built around those three constraints rather than around a specification sheet.
Roll in. Plug in. Open a tray. Start.

Ask Gali
ATP Volta arrives ready to teach. It rolls into an ordinary classroom, plugs into a standard socket, and the equipment for the lesson is already sorted into the tray you open. Nothing is fixed to the building, so the lab moves on when the lesson ends — one laboratory resource serving several classrooms rather than one room serving none of them.
The experiment is not the last step. ATP Connect holds the method on the screen while the class works, and Gali™, ATP’s AI tutor, works alongside students during the lesson and analyses the results once it is over.

The services a science lesson needs, inside the cabinet
Running water
The lab carries its own water: a closed supply-and-waste system with two onboard tanks. Nothing connects to the building, so practical work never waits on classroom plumbing — and nothing has to be drained into a classroom sink.
Universal power supply
Runs on local mains without an adapter kit, and powers laboratory instruments and classroom technology alongside the experiment.
Safe propane gas tank
A contained, shut-off gas supply for experiments that need a controlled flame — the reason heating work can happen in a room that has no gas line.
Portable fume hood
Extraction built into the unit. This is what makes chemistry possible in an ordinary classroom rather than only in a fitted laboratory.
Smart Tray storage
Equipment is stored by discipline in Smart Trays, so preparing a lesson means pulling one tray instead of assembling a set — and clearing up means putting one back.

More than 200 experiments, with the lesson already written
Physics, chemistry, biology, robotics and engineering — over 200 guided experiments, each with a workbook and a setup someone has already taught.
Students investigate with real instruments and real materials. They do not simulate an experiment; they run one, get a reading they did not expect, and work out why.
The physical laboratory and the digital platform, designed as one system
ATP Volta is the laboratory. ATP Connect is the platform built to work with it. Gali is the AI tutor inside it.

Gali
ATP Connect™ connects the experiment on the bench to the guidance on the screen: step-by-step instruction for students, live data from the equipment, and a record of what each student actually did.
Gali™, ATP’s AI tutor, briefs the teacher before the lesson, works alongside students during it, and analyses the results afterwards. That is what makes the lab usable by a teacher who is not a specialist in that subject — which was the third wall.
200+ guided experiments across five subjects
Step-by-step guidance for students during the experiment
Teacher support before, during and after the lesson
Experiment data and results in one place
Designed specifically around ATP laboratory equipment
Scales from a single classroom to a school network

195 kg, on a double-wheel system
The cabinet is built from steel and lightweight aluminium honeycomb panels — rigid enough for daily use by teenagers — and measures 182 × 65 × 92 cm. At 195 kg (430 lb) it rolls on a double-wheel system with precision ball bearings, so one adult can move it across a corridor, a threshold or a playground without a trolley or a second pair of hands. Packaging is designed for shipping and for storage between terms.
One lab. Several classrooms.

Optional solar power
Mains electricity is an assumption most laboratory equipment makes and many schools cannot meet. ATP Volta can be specified off-grid.
215 W
Monocrystalline solar panel — roof, window, wall or free-standing
60 Ah
12.8 V lithium battery storage
330–380 W
Typical simultaneous teaching load
Up to 32 devices
On the built-in wireless connection
Solar runs the lesson through the day and recharges the battery after school. During a mains outage the lab becomes the classroom’s charging point and Wi-Fi access point — which in schools where the power fails weekly has mattered as much as the experiments.
A laboratory and a connectivity hub
A high-speed 4G mobile Wi-Fi router can be built into the unit, so the lab brings its own network for classroom devices, digital resources and ATP Connect. Where school Wi-Fi does not reach — an outbuilding, a courtyard, a field site — the lesson still runs and the data still syncs.

Choose the configuration that fits your school
Standard Lab
The essential equipment for 120+ core experiments in physics, chemistry and biology, covering grades 6 to 12.
Best for: schools introducing or expanding practical science.
STEM Bundle
Adds 80 further experiments, extending the lab into robotics and computer science with a full range of sensors and dataloggers.
Best for: schools building a broader interdisciplinary STEM programme.
Air Cart and Custom Configurations
Additional Smart Trays and equipment can be added to either configuration at any time. Custom configurations are also available upon request.
The Air Cart is a lightweight aluminum cart designed to accommodate additional Smart Trays, creating a seamless and easily upgradable solution.
One ATP Volta. More than 200 experiments.
The Standard Lab covers 120+ core experiments in physics, chemistry and biology, across grades 6 to 12. The STEM Bundle adds 80 more in robotics and computer science. Together they are where the 200+ figure comes from — and additional Smart Trays extend it further.
